A soft corduroy cap with a ▶ play button and the kanji 再生 embroidered on the front in white.
On a Japanese tape deck, the play button says 再生 (saisei). The same word means rebirth. You press play and something comes back to life. I love that double meaning, and it's the whole idea behind REWIND.

What does 再生 mean? 再生 (saisei) is the Japanese word for play on a tape deck or media player. It also means rebirth, regeneration or renewal.
