Shipping policy

Every 5C5V piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and you'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times and costs (after production)

• United Kingdom: 2–6 business days. £3.95, free on orders over £100.
• European Union: 2–6 business days. £3.95 standard, free express on orders over £100.
• United States: 4–8 business days. $5.95 flat per order, however many items you buy.
• Canada, Australia, Japan and other listed countries: 4–12 business days. £3.95.
• Rest of world: 6–12 business days. £8.95.

Import duties

US orders: almost our whole range is made and shipped from inside the United States, so there are no import duties or customs charges to pay. A small number of items ship from the UK or elsewhere. Where that's the case, the product page says so, and US import duties may be charged on delivery.

For other countries, local import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
