One serif Y in white, thick and thin strokes like old ballclub lettering, on a soft fine-wale corduroy cap. 信 in white on the left side.

A single letter is the oldest move in ballcap design. This one is for Yokohama, the port that opened to the world in 1859 and the city where, in 1896, a Japanese team first famously beat a foreign one. We put it on corduroy because it wears like a cap that's been in the family for years. 信 (shin) means trust, Yokohama's virtue in Five Cities, Five Virtues.
