Production takes 2–5 business days. Delivery then takes:

• UK: 2–6 business days, £3.95, free on orders over £100
• USA: $5.95 flat per order however many items you buy. This item ships from outside the US, so delivery can take a little longer and US import duties may be charged on delivery
• EU: 2–6 business days, £3.95, free express on orders over £100

Covered by a 2-year warranty. Wherever you ordered from, UK, US or EU, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, and any defect is always on us. Need a different size? That's no problem at all. To swap or return, email matthew@5c5v.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address and help with the rest. We just ask that you cover the return postage, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case it's on us.
