Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of delivery.

Qualifying items:
• Unworn, unwashed, in original condition
• Defects or printing issues—always on us

Need a different size? That's no problem at all. To swap or return, email matthew@5c5v.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address and help with the rest. We just ask that you cover the return postage, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case it's on us.

Pieces you design yourself in 5C5V Studio and order through 工房 KŌBŌ are made one of one, so we can't take them back or exchange them unless they arrive faulty, misprinted or damaged. See the KŌBŌ policy.
