Every 5C5V piece is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and you'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times and costs (after production)

• United Kingdom: 2–6 business days. £3.95, free on orders over £100.
• European Union: 2–6 business days. £3.95 standard, free express on orders over £100.
• United States: 4–8 business days. $5.95 flat per order, free on orders over $75.
• Canada, Australia, Japan and other listed countries: 4–12 business days. £3.95.
• Rest of world: 6–12 business days. £8.95.

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they're unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Defects and printing problems are always on us.

Need a different size? That's no problem at all. To swap or return, email matthew@5c5v.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address and help with the rest. We just ask that you cover the return postage, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered, in which case it's on us. Full details are in our Refund policy.
