The flowered thermos flask that sat on every 1970s Japanese kitchen table, drawn in orange, mustard and brown 花柄 (hanagara, flower pattern) and printed tall on the front of a heavyweight box tee.
Somebody's grandmother still has one. It kept the tea hot through the whole of the Showa era.

What does 花柄 mean? 花柄 (hanagara) means flower pattern. In Japan it's the word for that warm 70s floral print on flasks, rice cookers and kitchen tins.
How does it fit? Boxy and oversized. If you want a closer fit, go a size down.

Production takes 2–5 business days. Delivery then takes:
- UK: 2–6 business days, £3.95, free on orders over £100
- USA: 4–8 business days, $5.95 flat per order, free on orders over $75. Made and shipped inside the US, so no import duties
- EU: 2–6 business days, £3.95, free express on orders over £100

Covered by a 2-year warranty. Wherever you ordered from, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn, unwashed items in their original condition, and any defect or print or embroidery problem is always on us. Need a different size? That's no problem at all. Email matthew@5c5v.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the return address. We just ask that you cover the return postage. Pieces you design yourself in Studio or KŌBŌ are made just for you, so they can only come back if faulty.
